The great thing is that water is cheap, readily available and easily accessible. If you are just an average Jane and not an athlete, then your baseline needs are at least 6-8 cups a day. Since we live in a higher climate area then you could add more water to your day.

- Drink decaffeinated beverages.
- Your urine should be clear
- Drink small amounts over the course of the day as your body can only absorb small amounts at a time
- Remember - What you do on Thursday directly affects Saturday! (the day before the day before is the most important day for sleep, nutrition and hydration)
