Get Fit Small Group Personal Training
This is not considered a "BootCamp" and here are the reasons why.
Get Fit P.T. offers;
  1. Assessments - You will perform a series of fitness tests, measurements, body fat% and we will discuss your health and exercise history.
  2. Typically the groups are held inside and on nice days will occasionally be outside, sometimes in a park location.
  3. Exercise progressions are offered as people are at differing levels of fitness.
  4. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, therefore I know how to create a well balanced workout.
  5. I am insured and assure that you exercise with proper form and posture to prevent injury.
  6. Exercise prescription to strengthen all major groups.
  7. Limited to small group to guide and teach you proper form.
  8. No barking orders.
*Fitness Assessment, fitness testing, measurements, picture, body fat %, and consultation to discuss goals, nutrition, health and exercise history are included in the class and will be set up as your first session and every 3 months thereafter.*
