Good afternoon all
I am in illinois as most of you know, my daughter had twins a couple weeks ago and i am here to help her. I did come back to Frankfort to visit some friends for a couple days but i am also getting some great work done too.
Patti Serrano of the www.gettinganchored.com program just interviewed me on exercise and that although it takes energy to exercise once you get started you will also gain energy to exercise more.

Workout in Silver Springs State Park, Illinois
Good afternoon all
I love the fall and what better place to do an outside workout. I was by the lake that had a 3 mile loop, so that was part of my warmup. I then stopped at a picnic table and did the following workout. I did 3 sets of 15 reps, a little faster paced than i normally do so really got my heartrate up.
Pushups into a plank hold for 30 seconds
Squats sumo style
Sat on bench and did leg pullins for the abs
Came off the seat and did dips for the triceps
Finished off with calf raises
