GF Small Group Personal Training classes are circuit style, designed to progress for those at different levels. Get Fit P.T. teaches functional and body weight calisthenics using the weight of your own body as resistance to increase your ability to squat, reach, twist, lunge, jump and balance. When you train using this method you gain muscle, strength and endurance as well as promote fat loss with less risk for injury. Bosu, TRX, MB and SB also used. Time efficient and cost effective.
