Kelly has decided to make a healthy change for herself and decided to do a 90 day challenge of making healthier choices and starting with me at Perfect Fit. She will be training 2 times a week and today was her first workout.
We took measurements, body fat % and BMI. She did some fitness testing including the dreaded push ups, squats, curl ups, plank, wall sit and she did very well. Now she has a baseline to measure her progress instead of only basing it on weight loss.
