Have you ever hired a trainer and then regreted it? Here are some questions to ask before hiring your next trainer.

Is the trainer certified?

How long has the trainer been training for?

Does the trainer use fitness goals as a basis for developing programs?

Is the trainer qualified to provide nutritional guidance?

May you speak to one or two of the trainer’s clients for references?

How long is the training session?

How long will it take to see results?

Does the trainer keep records of your workout sessions?

What are the costs of the program?

Does the trainer carry liability insurance?

Don't get stuck with a trainer that doesn't fit your personality and that you feel intimidated or uncomfortable with.
