I had the pleasure recently of attending Wanda’s presentation on De-Stressing Exercises for Busy Women. What a fun experience! Wanda is a great speaker, energetic, informative and engaging with the audience. The best part was that rather than going over handouts or listening to descriptions of the exercises, we actually got to do them.
