Older personal trainers in demand.

Demand has accelerated for personal trainers who can relate to older adults in the gym. I can remember when I finished my certification at National Personal Training Institute at the age of 46, I couldn't get into some of the clubs, yet they were taking the younger less experienced trainers, knowing that a majority of their clientele were older adults that were most likely intimidated by the younger generation.

It,s about time we cater to every age population. According to IDEA Health & Fitness Association, more than 41% of participants were between 45-64 years old, up from 35%.

On a side note, not all trainers are certified, so check qualifications and even go as far asking for references. You are paying money to someone that is in charge of improving your health.
