Workout in Silver Springs State Park, Illinois


Good afternoon all

I love the fall and what better place to do an outside workout. I was by the lake that had a 3 mile loop, so that was part of my warmup. I then stopped at a picnic table and did the following workout. I did 3 sets of 15 reps, a little faster paced than i normally do so really got my heartrate up.
Pushups into a plank hold for 30 seconds
Squats sumo style
Sat on bench and did leg pullins for the abs
Came off the seat and did dips for the triceps
Finished off with calf raises
