The schedule is posted for the boot camps starting on 6/8/2009. I am possibly opening up 7pm and 730pm but would need a minimum of 2 campers and maximum of 8 campers to open up that time frame, if anyone is interested just email me back.

Day 1 12 Week Get Fit Boot Camp
I was very excited about the new year and the prospect of gaining some new clients, i am not really big on new years resolutions but in my business it is a good thing if people resolve to get healthier.
I didn't sleep sunday night at all wondering what type of crowd i would have, i had to get up even earlier so that i made the 30-45 min drive safely and opened before anyone showed up at 530am.
To my disappointment, no one showed up, blame it on economy, blame it on being so early on a monday morning, you could even blame it on well kids back to school first day, Well whatever the reason, my bubble was burst, i didn't get a single new client.
All my hard work, a little disappointing, but on with my day. I had my usual private personal training sessions and a couple clients at the clubs i also work at. Then it was time to wait and see how the turnout for the 530, 6 & 630pm classes would be. I am all about positive thinking and i had a couple people prepay so i knew i had some new clients, but with the economy and the fact that i reduced my training days to m/w/f, i really needed to see improvement on the morning stats.
And i did, everyone showed up at once, there really wasn't any division in the 3 class times offered, people couldn't find the place in the dark (it is hard enough to find in daylight).
But we got through it, took everyone's measurements (well almost everyone, a couple people had to leave), so i will put in extra time wed to take theirs, did some fitness testing and everyone left a little sore and happy they came.
It was a success and my bubble is blowing back up. See everyone on wed. Anyone who hasn't joined can always join at a later date and just pay for remaining sessions.
