I met Sabrina Frankenberg at a networking group and she owns a business called Fight Like A Girl in Monument. A new approach to self defense for women. The success of her program stems from the fact that REGULAR women can easily learn and retain the movements. I am meeting with her tomorrow and very interested in setting up a class.
