I attended a session with Kate Keeley from Qwest and Cheri Colburn from www.springsover40.com on wednesday.
Kate talked about the Quest program their Small Business Resource Center and offers free online resources through tips, case studies and how to video's.
Cheri talked about web content development and to decide whether to build your own website or hire someone to do it.
